Red Roof Inn Lancaster Strasburg - Smoketown (Lancaster County)

I stayed at red roof inn for a romantic getaway and it exceeded my expectations. My previous stay in the city was decent, but this time, everything felt cozy and cute. The location was perfect for our plans and the atmosphere really set the mood.

Loved our huge rooms, plus the staff was courteous. Booked a room with king size beds. The location was convenient, for example, Rockvale Outlets was not too far away from the hotel. Great restaurant provided German dishes. It was as expected, had a great stay on vacation.

The red roof inn was underwhelming. Roaches seem to have made it their home, and I found a crack pipe in my bedside drawer. I expected a warm welcome or even complimentary snacks for my troubles, but nope, just dirt and neglect. I almost considered a good review, but really, who needs bugs for company?
